I saw the damage
before it had numbers.
I gravitate toward gaps. Not the ones already flagged in a report — the ones nobody’s watching yet, the ones a business only feels once the damage is done. Most companies don’t fail from a bad idea. They fail because nobody kept the operation honest.
I learned that the hard way, watching our own family businesses run on guesswork instead of data. No one saw the problem coming because no one was set up to see it at all — you just felt it, after, when it was already too late to undo. That gap between how a business runs and how its owner thinks it runs is where I’ve spent my career.
The goal isn’t one clean case study. It’s helping build businesses in this country that actually make it — because a business that survives is jobs that exist, and jobs that exist are the difference between a family that eats and one that doesn’t have a choice left. That’s the scale I’m building toward.
If you’re reading this because you’re considering working with me — client, collaborator, employer, investor — I want you to walk away from that first conversation with one feeling: relief that you finally found someone who gets it.
